Free Alphabet Photography

I made our last name with Alphabet Photography and I LOVE it!

I thought I’d share these with you in case you would like to create words for your home!

These are not mine, I simply found them by using GOOGLE images.  Some may be copyrighted, so I ask that you use them just for your own personal use. Don’t be a jerk and try and sell them!

To print these, simply click on the image and then save or print right from your computer!

OMG, Thanks for sharing these!!! I was at a store locally and tried buying just letters and I was not even allowed to buy the letters, they wanted to sell me a completly framed name and I had no use for the framing part of it because I am a professional custom framer! I appreciate your freebies!!!

  26. Fantastic! I’ll let my readers know about these. There aren’t many nice images available out there.. and this is such a cool idea!

Thank you SO MUCH!! I’m making a last name picture for my son and his fiance for a wedding shower gift. And I ordered a frame from Amazon.com like you suggested. I’m so excited about making this for them at such a reasonable price!!

  29. Just Wondering

You said these photos are not yours. Do you have permission from the owners show them on your website?

    • I got them from Google Images. They are free for anyone who wants them, I just put them together for people. If anyone asked me to, I would remove them.

    • She has no permission from any of the copyright owners

  30. Vivian DeGarmo

    Thank you for sharing.

  31. Holly

Thanks so much for these! You rock!

  32. I need another t please

  33. Either you are stupid. ignorant or naive. You are using my copyrighted letters “J” and “L”. Please remove them immediately or I will sue you for copyright infringement

    Abba Richman

    • You are not a nice man. I tried to work with you and offered to remove your photos as soon as you told me but you refuse to tell me which ones are yours instead saying “all of them”. I am not trying to make money, just offering for free what is already free on Google. Guess you should add Google to your lawsuit.

    • Stephanie

Although I don’t agree with name calling, I totaly support this photographer in being outraged to find his work being reproduced online and telling people to print it for free. Totaly wrong!

  34. THESE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY OBTAINED.

    • I just used Google Images. Let me know which ones are yours and I will remove them ASAP. I meant no harm. All of these are available for free for anyone who googles them.

  35. Can you tell me how I print off 4 x 6 size? Thanks,

    • Sure. You download the file and save it somewhere on your computer. Then you open the file using…well, anything really. I use Windows Picture thingy or photoshop..You can use whatever you normally use to view pictures. Then you print and select your print size through the print menu. Hope this helps.

  36. Anon Emous

So if you google Abba Richman you find some interesting things for photography. However, if anyone saw what he posted to this page they would not purchase his photography. And just so you are aware, Abba Richman, anyone and I mean anyone can google “Alphabet Photography” and end up with thousands of photos that are copywrited but let me clue you in on a little secret, if you don’t have them marked as copywrite and you don’t use a watermark or some other way that keeps people from downloading them, then the person you have just called stupid is actually well within her legal right to use “your” photos. Keep in mind, she didn’t make any money by using those photos that you forgot to encrypt. She also stated very clearly that they didn’t belong to her. She has not broken any laws buddy. So the next time you call someone stupid or ignorant you should probably get your facts straight. You should probably find some manners as well. And she is 100% right, if you want to sue someone sue Google. I will have you know, word of mouth is HUGE and you are not doing yourself any decent advertisement by speaking to people the way you just did.

    • Stephanie

You would be angry too if you someone was stealing your work. How about you go and put in a hard days work and then someone else comes along and takes your paycheck? A photograph is under copyright from the minute the photographer creates it. She has in fact broken the law (although I’m certain she wasn’t aware that she did)by reproducing these images online. It is illegal to print someone elses work. Just like if you have a family portrait made it is illegal to go to Walmart and reprint it.

This is 100% stealing from the photographer if you print these images. This is how he makes a living. Google images does not own the copyright to these photographs, it is just a search engine.

  37. These are so cool! I agree the ones full retail are absurdly expensive- what a great alternative Cass! These would make great gifts too! Genius! :)

  38. Hey Cas,

I found a great website that offers over 400 alphabet photo images on download for only $40 at http://www.BuyAlphabetPhotos.com . I’ve used them to make my own projects like you did. Thought your readers might like this since some are wanting more letters.

    Carol

  39. like page web to do list

  40. hi name misty bentley web like to do list

  41. OMG I just seen this alphabet photography on a friends fb page-she directed me to this site that will make them, only to find out the cheapest one is $100!!!! CRRRRAZY!!! I did a google search and came across your you tube video! Thank you so much for posting these, it is really greatly appreciated! You ROCK!!!! :)

  42. Stephanie

Downloading images and printing them or uploading them online is a violation of the photographers copyright. I can totaly understand why the photographer above is angry to find his work on your page with the instructions to “print for free”. Wow! Just because something can be found online does not give anyone the right to steal it. It’s no different than downloadng music illegally.

The Federal Copyright Act of 1976 states that photographs are protected by copyright from the moment they are created. Google images does not own the copyright to these images, the photographer does. It does NOT have to say copyright on the images. You very well could be sued if the photographer chose to take action.

Here is a website that could help you understand more about photograpic copyright laws. http://www.ppa.com/findaphotographer/copyright.php

  43. Rose Rendon

    I love this! Thanks!

Keep going strong! Don’t let all the negative comments hold you back.

  44. Veronica Klassen

I’m commenting to bring your attension to the above commenter that links to an EXTRAMARITAL AFFAIR site, which from what i gather from watching your videos does not reflect what you stand for.

Thought you should know, im assumibg you’d want to take the comment and link down.

I love your videos by the way,

    Veronica

  45. I downloaded pics to my computer then sent them over to Walgreens for printing. They turned out very blurry. What is the reason for this?

    • I’m not sure! I printed mine at home and they turned out good. I just found these pictures from google images, perhaps not all of them have high enough pixels. Sorry….

  46. Thank you so much! Any chance of any more letter Ls? I can’t believe you were able to find this many without watermarks/copyrights on them simply on Google, I spent an hour on there today without any luck!

  47. Jamie Cole

This is a message to the site owner. I just came to your website (which is great by the way), and wanted to let you know that it’s loading very slowly. I thought it was my internet connection at first but then I realized it was your website. Just as a heads up, I’ve been using http://www.fusionhost.com for WordPress hosting. They have really fast servers which are optimized for WordPress. They also have Softaculous, which allows you to install WP with just a single click of the mouse which I thought would be useful to you :) Take care!

  48. Love these I need an I and an M….help

  49. Love these. I need an M
    and a different L.
    Thanks

  50. Is there an M? Thanks!

  54. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea
shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
“You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I
    had to tell someone!
