Each and every year, when I unpack our Christmas ornaments to decorate the tree, I tear up a little bit when hanging up our homemade DIY photo ornaments.

Our tree is filled with smiling faces of our children and family (some of which have passed on) and other favourite photos over the years.  Each year I choose a few new photos and make ornaments to add to the tree.

DIY Photo Ornaments

This project is SO easy, inexpensive (about .50 cents an ornament) and makes a wonderful gift!  I also love using these ornaments as tags for friends and family (I steal photos from their Facebook) as a surprise on top of their presents!

DIY Christmas Photo Ball

All you need is clear fillable ornaments, floor polish, glitter and a photo printed with laser jet ink on regular paper!
