There is a direct connection between our physical environment (aka clutter) and how we feel on the inside. When our home is cluttered, our mind can feel cluttered as well. When we take a few minutes to tame the chaos on the outside, we tame the chaos on the inside as well.
In my experience, it’s much easier to quickly impact the way our home looks rather than impact how we feel about ourselves. And the bonus is that working on our clutter impacts both at the same time!
